GZB Series Sitting Feeder is mainly used for uniform, quantitative and automatic controlled under-silo feeding of bulk materials.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
According to the vibration synchronization theory of planar sound mass bodies, when two vibration motors are self-synchronized in opposite directions at the same angle, the components of the inertial force in the direction of the line connecting the vibration motor rotation centers are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, canceling each other out; while the inertial force and the component force in the vertical direction of the center line are in the same direction and superimposed on each other. Under the action of the inertial force, the feeding chute makes simple harmonic vibration along the direction of the resultant force, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
